POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by developing and executing new marketing and sales strategies. This role will also involve managing market studies, handling field surveyors, and overseeing field manager agents. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in closing sales meetings and expanding our client base, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Initiate, manage, and close sales meetings with prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
· Monitor and follow up on the progress of leads and sales opportunities.
· Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies across both sales and marketing initiatives.
· Conduct thorough market studies to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.
· Analyse market data to assess product/service performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Oversee and guide field surveyors to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and deliverables.
