Role Responsibilities:

  • Making qualifiable appointments for senior operations managers to meet with new, prospective clients
  • Generating sales leads, both major blue-chip companies and SME businesses, making connections and appointments
  • Gathering and maintaining accurate customer information using a CRM system
  • Using targeted cleansed data to identify leads
  • Identifying decision makers and potential manned guarding requirements
  • Maintain a close relationship with prospects and clients; form successful working relationships to allow scope for further ad-hoc sales and drive future opportunities.
  • Lead- generation through outbound calls, LinkedIn and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage existing customer requirements
  • Work closely with senior leaders on sales strategy and pipeline
  • Make use of platforms such as LinkedIn to promote the business, network and to initiate and progress leads
  • Provide regular updates to the SM
