Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining lead databases, and supporting outreach activities across multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. The role involves market research, lead generation, and coordination for promotional materials. Key Responsibilities Data Management • Maintain and update lead databases in Excel organized by country and region. • Ensure accuracy and regular updates of prospect information. 2. Lead Research & Data Collection • Identify and collect relevant prospect data from platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and internal databases. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. 3. Communication Drafting • Prepare professional outreach drafts for WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn messages. • Customize communication based on the target audience. 4. Networking & Lead Engagement • Establish and maintain connections with all generated leads on LinkedIn. • Build professional relationships to support business development efforts. Skills & Requirements • Strong research and data management skills • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong written communication skills for outreach messaging • Organized and detail-oriented approach • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups Preferred Qualifications • Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales support • Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B outreach strategies
