JOB SUMMARY:

For Abudhabi, We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with mandatory experience in Ayurvedic or Non-Ayurvedic hospital environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding hospital outreach, building partnerships, and driving patient inflow through various business initiatives. Knowledge of the healthcare sector, patient acquisition strategies, and wellness industry trends is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of business development or marketing experience in an Ayurvedic or Non-Ayurvedic hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, wellness services, and healthcare marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for business meetings and fieldwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with medical tourism, wellness programs, or specialty treatment packages (especially in Ayurveda).
  • Multilingual abilities (based on regional needs) are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hospital footfall and revenue.
  • Build partnerships with doctors, wellness centers, clinics, corporates, and insurance providers.
  • Promote hospital services (in-patient, outpatient, wellness packages) through direct marketing and networking.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target segments and referral networks.
  • Collaborate with digital and offline marketing teams to design and implement campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients, referral sources, and partners.
  • Organize health camps, wellness events, and tie-ups with corporates, hotels, and travel partners (especially for Ayurvedic medical tourism).
  • Track leads, conversions, and maintain CRM records.
  • Prepare business development reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure excellent client relationship management and after-service follow-up.
