REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in manpower or labour supply.
• Strong networking and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour market and manpower supply regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Labour Supply division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction within the construction and contracting sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach potential clients in construction, contracting, and related industries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for labour supply.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and HR for mobilization of construction workers.
• Meet and exceed monthly business targets.
