JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join a leading manpower supply company in the UAE. If you have a strong background in sales, particularly in banking or a related field, and are passionate about achieving targets, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior sales experience in banking or a similar industry is required
• UAE experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional approach
• Self-motivated with a strong go-getter attitude
• Male and female candidates are welcome to apply

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
• Promote and sell the company’s services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
