Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to employers across the region to promote apprenticeships, boot camps, and bespoke training solutions.
  • Develop and execute a localised marketing plan to promote Northern Skills and its services across Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Northumberland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in schools, local careers services, and referral agencies to support employer engagement.
  • Actively monitor, update, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of employer interactions and lead progression.
  • Work closely with the wider apprenticeships and training teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our Equality and Diversity policy, quality frameworks, and health and safety procedures.
