As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our business, engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and setting up appointments for the Director. You’ll use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to identify customer needs, build rapport, and help close sales.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from warm leads and cold call lists.
  • Present our products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately record customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly telephone manner at all times.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through well-structured, professional conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, aiming to develop long-term business partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Support the wider team with contractor registrations.
