We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive in Healthcare Industry to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence within the healthcare industry by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development within healthcare services and demonstrate a passion for strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home care market .
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the company’s market presence.
Establish partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
Meet revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations to identify opportunities or threats.
Collaborate with marketing to launch effective campaigns tailored to the local market.
Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and business proposals to senior management.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills:
3+ years of business development experience in home care, healthcare, or medical services.
Strong network within the Dubai/UAE healthcare industry.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with DHA regulations and insurance processes.
Fluent in English (Arabic , French, Russian is a plus).Background in nursing or clinical services is a plus.
