JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This sales-oriented role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities within the Forex trading industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for connecting with people.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Forex trading and financial markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base for Forex trading services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Present and promote the company’s Forex trading products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Forex markets, trends, and regulations to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Accurately document and report sales activities and results to management.
