JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce, to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is an advantage but not essential.
