Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in professional services
  • Experience in complex sales, BPO, or call centre services is a plus
  • Familiar with GeBiz and large-scale tendering processes
  • Comfortable collaborating with digital and tech vendors to translate business needs into tender solutions
  • Strong self-starter with excellent networking, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Skilled in proposal writing, presentations, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong numeracy and proficiency in corporate productivity tools
  • Committed to high standards of customer service, integrity, and teamwork

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pitch to new clients, building a strong pipeline of business opportunities through platforms and networking
  • Generate qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, collaborating closely with partners and stakeholders
  • Prepare tender proposals, pricing, documentation, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate with clients and IT vendors/partners on project and administrative matters
  • Support the Director in achieving departmental goals and handle cross-functional tasks as assigned
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and interaction updates in the CRM system
  • Submit weekly activity reports to management
