We are a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Epsom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a drive to build lasting relationships within the property sector.

• Proactively contact estate and letting agents to generate new revenue through referrals.
• Develop and manage our referral program, building strong and trusted partnerships.
• Build relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisers, relocation agents, and other professionals who regularly require surveying services.
• Identify new business opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors.
• Make confident outbound calls and manage ongoing business development campaigns.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client functions – and take the lead in organising events when required.
• Collaborate with the wider team to strengthen brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
