Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

nuja inc. is looking for a confident, strategic and driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our revenue, reputation, and client base across the region.
This isn’t a “bring in leads and pass them on” kind of role. We’re hiring a growth partner - someone who understands our value, can carry it into the right rooms (founder chats, industry events, strategic intros), and turn curiosity into contracts.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We’ve grown through referrals and results. But we’re ready to scale, intentionally.
This role exists to create consistent growth. Not through cold selling, but by building thoughtful relationships and identifying opportunities that align with what nuja does best - brand strategy, content retainers, and campaign work for ambitious brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate, qualify and close new business across our key services
  • Pitch and convert warm and cold leads into long-term client relationships
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events and represent nuja in external meetings
  • Collaborate with the internal team on pitch decks and proposals
  • Provide regular updates on progress, pipeline status and insights
