We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Ontario! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-driven professional to drive new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and support company growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis: To uncover new opportunities, stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
✅ Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
✅ Outbound Sales Outreach: Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce MembersHealth’s services.
✅ Qualify Leads: Assess client needs and determine whether they align with our healthcare solutions.
✅ Sales Presentations & Proposals: Work with your Regional Sales Director to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting product features, advantages, and benefits.
✅ Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work closely with the Regional Sales Director and clients to negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
✅ Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
✅ Travel & Client Meetings: Conduct on-site meetings and attend industry events to strengthen client relationships and drive sales.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates.
