REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the UAE market in a similar role within events, fabrication, or AV rental industry.
  • Strong proposal-writing and presentation skills.
  • Well-versed in marketing principles (digital & offline) for lead generation and brand building.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in the UAE market. This includes building strong client relationships, creating compelling proposals, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE events and fabrication market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and event partners.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into creative proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and track business development progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s services.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
