We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base, building long-term business relationships, and promoting our car park and valet management services across various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and corporate environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in parking & valet management, hospitality, or related services).
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory).

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, field visits, cold calling, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify potential growth areas.
  • Confidently lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Conduct client site visits, assess requirements, and prepare detailed reports and proposals based on findings.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively onboarding new ones.
  • Manage and protect client data in compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular performance reports.
