Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Executive to identify and close new business opportunities across industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate value to potential clients with confidence and clarity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
· Pitch Turrino’s full service offerings with a clear understanding of client needs and how we meet them
· Prepare proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and close deals
· Maintain proactive and transparent communication with internal team and clients
· Meet or exceed monthly business targets (AED 50,000–AED 70,000 worth of new business, with an average retainer of AED 13,000–AED 25,000+ per client)
· Provide weekly reports on leads, status updates, and conversion performance
