What You'll Do * Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, helping individuals find the right life insurance products for their needs. * Be the face of Plum Personal for prospects: responsive, credible, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint. * Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales in partnership with leading insurers to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. * Work directly with partner insurers on product development, policy placements, and day-to-day post-sales operations. * Feed insights from the ground back into the product and GTM strategy. Your voice will actually matter here. What We're Looking For * 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in BFSI, insur-tech, or B2C financial services. * Someone who can hold their own in a room, whether face-to-face, on a call, or over email. * The ability to make complex products feel simple and worth buying. * Comfort with targets, timelines, and ambiguity, sometimes all at once. * A challenger mindset: curious, adaptable, and not waiting to be told what to do. * Experience in insurance, brokerage, or personal finance is a strong plus. Responsibilities
