Full job description

The role:

To join a team of Pharma professionals in multiple disciplines and ensure delivery on online projects and all techno-commercial activities. Managing customer / vendor / stakeholders’ relationships. Managing growth initiatives, implementing, and driving policies.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of pharma, science.

· A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience with pharma company, in following function or similar:

o Back-office support to business development

o Assist to head of business development / marketing

Key Responsibilities:

· Formulating business proposals

· Managing communications with clients on various projects

· Coordinating with internal teams

· Progress monitoring and follow up on project execution

· Preparation of reports on progress of the project

· Must work well as part of a team and be prepared to carry out a range of duties

· Preparation of marketing briefs and presentations

· Assist in implementation of BD strategies

Candidate requirements / Work environment:

· Preference from pharma background with product management experience.

· Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team and be prepared to carry out a range of duties

· Must be willing to relocate to Dubai

· Open to travel for client visits and business fairs

Skills:

· Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

· Proficiency in Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

· Strong communication skills

· Interpersonal skill

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
