Conduct sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency at each stage. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Track personal sales KPIs, providing regular reports and analysis to sales team on performance and market dynamics. Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies. Conduct high-stakes negotiations with major clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships. Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and establishing a strong network. Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to improve the sales process and conversion rates Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology. Has a hunter mindset, motivated by finding new opportunities, connecting with prospects, and growing partnerships with purpose and persistence. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on achieving results. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills. Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
