POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our company Ramfoam Containers Manufacturing LLC. Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and close new business deals.
As a Business Development Executive, He/she will play a pivotal role in spearheading our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships. we’d love to meet you!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in business development, industrial sales, or defense contracting, preferably in foam manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of foam applications in defense, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Only candidates currently residing in the UAE ( Dubai ) and able to provide a maximum notice period of one month should apply.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
    Recognize and focus on prospective clients by conducting thorough market research, establishing networks, and implementing outreach initiatives. Interact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media platforms to foster interest and arrange meetings.
    Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, military suppliers, defence contractors, and energy companies.
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries that use foam products, such as furniture, automotive, packaging, construction.

Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling.

  • Examine industry trends, competitor behaviours, and customer requirements to uncover new opportunities.

Achieve and surpass sales objectives by transforming potential clients into customers utilizing effective sales strategies. Perform research to uncover new business prospects, analyse industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging demands in the defence and gas industries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, business partners, and industry stakeholders to drive long-term growth and collaboration.

  • Contract Negotiation & Closing

Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure profitable business deals while ensuring favorable terms and long-term value.

  • Networking & Industry Engagement

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections, identify new opportunities, and enhance brand visibility.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, military suppliers, defence contractors, and energy companies.

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, ensure that clients receive timely responses.

  • Industrial and Manufacturing Trade Shows

Attend trade shows, industry events, defence/gas industry forums and business forums to expand the company’s reach and attend exhibitions, industry events to expand business opportunities.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

  • Sales Reporting

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data

  • Customer Satisfaction

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing post-sales support.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in coordination with Design, Production, and Quality teams.
Develop and implement customer retention programs.
