BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Leeds City Centre | OTE £70K–£100K (Year 1)
Our highest perfomers have all come from a sales background and this role is a pure sales role. You’ll convert leads, pitch high-ticket services, close deals with C-suite clients, and pass the search delivery to our internal recruiters. Think consultative B2B sales, not candidate chasing.

• Drive new business. 100% business development focused.
• Convert data-rich CRM leads into retained and contingent search mandates.
• Manage the process through to offer stage – recruiters handle the delivery.
• Work with global clients – 80% of deals are in the US, with higher fees and salaries.
