THE ROLE

As Business Development Executive, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business and scaling growth. With a powerful product already gaining organic traction, you’ll bring strategic vision, energy, and a passion for building partnerships. You’ll represent the brand at national conferences and events, while also playing a key role in marketing campaigns, prospecting, and client engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Partner with the co-founders to shape and execute dynamic sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead targeted market research to identify priority sectors and build engaging sales collateral.
  • Proactively generate and convert new business leads within the residential care sector.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from pitch to close—with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to tailor high-impact sales presentations and proposals.
  • Be the face of the brand at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of social care industry trends to uncover fresh business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent after-sales care to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in growing and shaping the wider Business Development function.
