BUSINESS DEVELOPER - RECRUITMENT

We are looking for an experienced and organised Business Developer who is looking to progress within the company and who would like a long-term, exciting career within the organisation. We rely on hard work rather than targets, providing our clients and candidates with an excellent customer service experience always. Ideally this role would suit a professional who has worked in the sales or recruitment industry previously.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent (to include English and Mathematics). Any degree will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and calling prospective clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good team worker
  • Ability to speak to high - level decision makers
Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling and converting leads
  • Preparing supplier agreements and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Meeting prospective clients via Zoom / Teams or face-to-face
  • Setting marketing strategies within the territory
  • Increasing revenue and volume of quality business
  • Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory
  • Negotiating the terms and finalising the contract between the company and the client.
  • Manage the interview process with the employers.
  • Winning new business from potential clients
  • Business development and compliance management skills
  • Using a variety of sales techniques and negotiations to achieve and close sales
  • Working to achieve and exceed set targets
