BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT & TRAINING) – FORMER FINANCIAL ADVISORS WELCOME!

Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 + High Commissions

1. Recruitment Agency – Matching top talent to great companies.
2. SkillsFuture-Approved Academy – Training employees in AI and future-ready skills.

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to:

• Build & engage a database of HR professionals and insurance agency leaders .
• Arrange Lunch & Learn sessions to introduce our training and recruitment services.
• Promote AI courses to companies using SFEC funding.
• Offer recruitment solutions to companies seeking new hires.
• Connect with insurance agency leaders to help recruit Financial Advisors and sell training programmes.
• If RNF-coded, also recommend financial products where opportunities arise.
