Description

We’re currently searching for an experienced Business Development Executive who will be the front of the Company. with vast sales expertise, a strong foundation in accounting to support strategic decisions and ensure financial alignment with sales goals. The candidate requires a unique combination of technical knowledge, analytical abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate must be dedicated to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Drive lead generation and follow up through the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and financial strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and maintain competitive intelligence.
  • Track performance metrics to ensure business development goals are met.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation related to sales and account activity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills CRM experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
