Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Female Business Head to lead and oversee the operations, growth, and expansion of our sanitary napkin brand in the global market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business management, brand strategy, and sales, with a strong focus on the hygiene or FMCG sector. She will be responsible for driving business growth, market penetration, and ensuring the brand’s success in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Leadership:
  • Lead the overall business strategy and operations for the sanitary napkin brand in the global market
  • Set business goals, oversee planning and budgeting, and ensure all departments align with the brand’s objectives.
  • Drive the profitability and growth of the brand, including expanding market share and increasing revenue.
  • Sales & Market Expansion:
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to drive growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt business strategies effectively.
  • Brand Strategy & Marketing:
  • Develop brand positioning strategies to establish the sanitary napkin brand as a trusted leader in the UAE market.
  • Lead marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee promotional activities, customer education, and brand advocacy programs.
  • Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy.
  • Negotiation skill with retail chain and influencers
  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee the supply chain, inventory management, and logistics to ensure smooth product availability.
  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to maintain high product standards.
  • Ensure compliance with govt regulations and standards, especially related to hygiene products.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage P&L for the sanitary napkin brand, ensuring profitable operations.
  • Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
  • Report regularly to the senior leadership team on business performance and key milestones.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a team of professionals across various functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture, providing mentorship and professional development.
  • Set performance objectives and ensure team members meet their goals.
  • Customer & Community Engagement:
  • Lead customer engagement and outreach initiatives to understand consumer preferences and needs.
  • Spearhead corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives focused on women’s health and hygiene
  • Establish the brand as a thought leader in women’s hygiene and wellness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business leadership, preferably within the hygiene, FMCG, or health sector.
  • Strong understanding of the India and Middleast market and business environment.
  • Experience in brand management, sales strategy, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and regulatory requirements for hygiene products is an advantage.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.
