As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at eStruxture, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by cultivating strategic relationships with key clients and acquiring new wholesale and enterprise accounts. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building long-term partnerships, delivering tailored value propositions, and driving success in a rapidly evolving industry.

EXPERIENCE

  • 7–10 years in a B2B sales environment with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
  • Extensive network in Hyperscale, AI, GPUaaS, and Cloud Service Provider markets.
  • Proven success in prospecting and managing key accounts.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Professional certifications in Strategic Account Management or similar are a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Obsessive attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with data center colocation and/or managed services businesses.
  • Expertise in customer management and delivering tailored value propositions.
