As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Asahi Beverages, you’ll be the face of our brands in-store, driving growth across our multi-beverage portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage a defined territory across independent retail and liquor outlets (IGA, Foodworks, Celebrations, Bottle-O, Thirsty Camel).
  • Deliver against sales targets and KPIs by growing distribution, securing displays, and driving promotional compliance.
  • Average 5 customer calls per day, building in-store visibility, upselling promotions, and executing banner programs.
  • Travel within territory, including metro suburbs and fortnightly regional runs (Mansfield, Alexandra/Yea).
  • Build effective long-term customer relationships through regular call coverage, reviews, and insights.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, focusing on distribution, depletions, and off-location displays during key periods (e.g. footy finals, summer promotions).
  • Uphold safety and wellbeing standards while working autonomously in the field.
