We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our premium hosting services to prospective clients, helping businesses leverage our industry leading hosting solutions to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding hosting services, Colocation, VPS, dedicated servers, managed infrastructure as a service and cloud hosting, to effectively communicate their benefits and features
  • Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching and qualifying leads, with a focus on hosting solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their hosting needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect insights from potential clients to enhance our offerings and identify trends in customer needs.
