JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a keen understanding of market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for effective relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills.
