QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate, Holiday home Rentals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate/holiday home market preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).

• Identify and develop partnerships with property owners and investors for holiday home listings, real estate partners to establish new relationships.
• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals to expand the portfolio.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in our Portfolio.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Loka Holiday Homes.
• Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns, providing updates, and offering support as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts with property owners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties, accurate listings, and efficient management processes.
