Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our footprint across key industrial sectors in the region. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in TIC and a deep understanding of the mineral supply chain. Key Responsibilities · Generate new business leads and achieve sales targets for TIC services in the mineral sector. · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. · Conduct client visits across core industries such as power plants, cement, mining, and steel to identify opportunities. · Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. · Monitor service performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure 100% service level. · Develop and propose cost-effective, value-added service strategies to clients. · Prepare and submit regular business activity and performance reports. Requirements Requirements · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. · Residency: Must be a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR). · Experience: Minimum 5 years in the TIC industry, with exposure to minerals, coal, or bulk commodities. · Skills: · Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. · Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Chinese is a plus for client engagement). · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. · Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. · Existing network within Singapore’s power, cement, mining, or steel sectors is an advantage.
