Snatch and Glow is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, sales-focused Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and increase revenue streams across our services and courses. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales acumen, excellent people skills, and a proactive mindset.
Your Role:
You’ll be at the forefront of driving sales, focusing on converting leads, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships to support the growth of Snatch and Glow’s treatments, courses, and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new sales leads through outreach, networking, and following up on inbound enquiries.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing the sale.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, students, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver targeted sales campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Attend events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote Snatch and Glow’s services and training courses.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (essential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Organised, driven, and highly target-focused.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.
  • A passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline.
