JOB DESCRIPTION:

Speed Auto Systems is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for our UAE office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our SaaS-based automotive solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, client engagement, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the software/IT/SaaS sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and leads effectively.
  • Must be based in the UAE or available to join immediately.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable SaaS solutions from Speed Auto Systems’ product suite.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
