JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will manage high-level business development and growth of Support Services/Strategic Technology sales, sales in an assigned territory. You will serve as an overlay resource within an assigned territory, driving awareness, training, pipeline development and sales in both a sell-to and sell-through model.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineeringfield preferred

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Staffing Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities; sales experience is a plus

  • Proven success selling to solutions to IT management

IT Staffing experience is desired

  • Willingness to travel to assigned territory

  • Knowledge and experience selling staffing based / support services


  • Deep understanding of the on-going industry market to position as a thought leader and trusted advisor

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills

  • Ability to work well in matrix-managed environment

  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process

  • Able to work independently
