Job Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Synaptix by identifying new business opportunities, engaging enterprise customers, and working closely with technical teams to deliver value-driven AIOps solutions. This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and consulting, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex IT operations challenges. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Synaptix – AIOps / AI Operations platform across target industries (Banking, Finance, Enterprise IT, etc.). Proactively research, qualify, and approach potential clients facing challenges in IT operations, monitoring, incident management, and system reliability. Develop account targeting and lead generation strategies aligned with TechX’s go-to-market direction. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, IT - Directors, Heads of Operations, DevOps/SRE leaders. Establish TechX as a trusted technology partner, not just a solution vendor. Nurture long-term partnerships with clients and ecosystem partners. Sales & Pipeline Management: Own and manage the business development / sales pipeline, ensuring healthy deal flow and accurate forecasting. Work closely with Account Management, Presales, and Solution Consulting teams to drive opportunities from discovery to deal closure. Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demos, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to customer needs. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to close new contracts and partnerships. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Market Analysis & Strategic Collaboration: Conduct market research to stay updated on AIOps, AI Operations, observability, cloud, and DevOps trends, as well as competitor offerings. Translate market and customer insights into actionable inputs for sales strategy, positioning, and product improvement. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to align messaging, campaigns, and growth initiatives. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields From 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Executive roles within the technology or IT services industry. Strong understanding of the technology landscape, especially enterprise software, cloud services, or IT solutions. Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex technical or AI-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven relationship-building capability. Experience using CRM systems and sales management tools to manage pipeline and performance. Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to support business decisions. Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Exposure to AIOps, AI, DevOps, SRE, IT Operations, or Monitoring/Observability solutions. Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale IT environments.
