Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Business Development / Sales Experience
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in sales / CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in power point / presentations
  • Experience within bids & proposals
    Full EU Driving Licenc
Responsibilities
  • Overall accountability for customer sales and new business development

  • Research, identify, target and secure new business opportunities

  • Manage and undertake local, regional and national activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations etc.

  • Provide weekly updates on all business targets including actions taken

  • Contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual sales strategies

  • Gather and maintain relevant industry data in support of growth and development

  • Gather and feedback marketing intelligence in liaison with key stakeholders

  • Communicate with clients regularly to ensure visibility and partnership.

  • Proactively manage and resolve Customer related issues.

  • Lead ad-hoc Operational projects and initiatives to drive business strategy.
