ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth for our multi-brand garage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive service industry (or related sectors), excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, fleet owners, insurance companies, and individual customers for service contracts and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and service team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
  • Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management.
