BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Location - Cardiff City Centre, with occasional international travel
Hours - Full time, Monday - Friday (with hybrid working after induction)
Salary - £32,000 with an OTE of £60,000 (uncapped)

Final Rentals is a market leading platform that was launched with only one aim - to get people the best prices for car rentals online by empowering local car rental companies to become digital and get more bookings.
Final Rentals has franchisees and affiliates around the world and in 2025 the brand has expanded to over 50 countries and counting.
The business is growing, and has the backing to take the business to the next level, and as such is adding a Business Development Executive to their team will be vital to the success of the business.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED
Our dream candidate will be firstly extremely interested in working in a startup environment, so will be agile, quick to learn, and keen to grow with the company. You will have to be innovative, customer focused, and target driven.
Whilst this isn’t a tech role, you must be confident in learning new technologies, systems and embrace the benefits of AI.
A previous sales or account management role is essential.
Above all you will be driven by hitting targets, sales success and winning new business. This also means that you will be used to reaching out, managing rejections and staying positive.
But don’t worry if that doesn’t sound 100% like you – we still want to hear from you, as we know people with great transferable skills and a good attitude also succeed in the startup world.
This is a growing tech company, so it will be fast-paced and there will sometimes be long hours to get things done, however the founder wants to bring you on the growth journey with the company, and will ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
Final Rentals works with an international community of independent car rental partners - each of these use the platform to grow their own business and achieve success.
This role is the driver of the sales process for Final Rentals. From first contact, to demonstrations and onboarding new partners, you will make an impact by growing this successful startups business by expanding the customer base.
As Business Development Executive, you will be required to identify and convert independent car rental companies across the world, who will join the platform, and become part of the Final Rentals community.
