Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s glass and aluminum façade products and services. The role involves market research, client acquisition, coordination with internal technical and project teams, and representing the company in industry events and meetings..

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, real estate development, and architectural firms.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calls, and industry databases.
  • Prepare and present company offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and decision-makers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and professional communication.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or façade industry.
  • Strong understanding of façade systems, glazing solutions, and aluminum structures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
