We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive Team Lead to lead the daily operations of the BDE team. This is a newly created role as Angle Finance continues to grow! You will ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue quotas of the portfolio of brokers, and the delivery of a superior customer service to brokers. The role is also responsible for optimising the performance and efficiency of the Business Development Executives team through the effective use of data insights, technology enablement and sales tools. The BDE's will do a mix of desk bound sales and support the sales team. You will support their career progression and set them up for success to move into a BDM role. You will: Lead and coach a high performing team sales support team. Support and develop teams career progression to move into a BDM role in time. Build and foster an inclusive, customer centric culture in the team aligned to Angle’s way of working. Manage hiring of talent, performance and development through coaching and feedback. Ensure individual sales targets and revenue quotas are achieved. Handle and resolve escalated customer issues and complex inquiries. Train team on sales systems, tools, and software. Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs). Act as a liaison between sales support and sales teams to ensure process changes, communication and high-priority deal are acted on. What you bring: Previous experience leading an operational and/or sales team within asset finance. Proven success in a sales role consistently achieving sales targets. A customer centric approach and strong leadership ability to lead a high performing team. Proven experience in establishing and continuously improving processes and way of working. Resilience and ability to work in a high energy, fast paced business where change is constant. Demonstrated experience of turning a strategic plan into actionable steps and driving outcomes. Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders. Our people make us remarkable.
