Your Role in VT Markets As Business Development Executive/Team Lead, Japan, you will responsible to expand VT Markets’ presence in Japan. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in the B2B CFD industry. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing strong client and partner relationships, and executing growth strategies that align with VT Markets’ global vision. This is a remote position based in Japan. You will work during local business hours from your home. What Makes You a Great Fit: * Proven experience in a B2B CFD Sales/Account Management role within the financial services or trading industry is essential. * Deep understanding of the local market, including client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory requirements.  * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Fluency in English Language and Japanese (verbal + written) is required. Your Responsibilities: * Develop and execute growth strategies to expand VT Markets’ presence in the local market. * Lead the acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners. * Ensure a strong local brand presence through strategic partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations. * Analyze local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored client experiences. * Drive monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. * Act as the main representative and spokesperson for VT Markets in the local market.    What We Offer As official partners of Newcastle United F.C., VT Markets aspire to break the ancient boundaries of traditional personal finance.
