InterMoor are looking to source a Technical Sales Business Development Executive on a full time, permanent basis. Based at our facility in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, the Business Development Executive will lead and expand mooring system sales globally as part of a global BD effort, delivering the full technical sales cycle, including building strategic client relationships, and closing high value, technically complex deals whilst promoting Acteons brand name

Responsibilities
  • Serve as lead technical expert in mooring solutions; chains, ropes, anchors, mooring line connectors
  • Present demos, proposals, and proof of concepts, to then translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide feedback to Head of BD and Senior Management on performance and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Proactively identify pipeline growth potential.
  • Build multilevel relationships with shipowners, ports, yards, OEMs.
  • Navigate complex buying structures.
  • Support pre- and post-sale technical discussions; ensure solution implementation aligns with promise.
  • Work closely with customer service, engineering, operations, and supply teams to ensure end to end delivery of excellence.Represent the company at marine industry events, trade fairs, and forums
