• We're looking for someone who has:2 - 6 years' genuine outbound B2B business development / sales experience
• Experience proactively generating new business
• Confidence speaking with business decision-makers
• Experience researching accounts and identifying relevant stakeholders
• A consultative approach to qualification and discovery
• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
• The resilience to develop opportunities over time rather than expecting an immediate sale
• A genuine ambition to progress within business development
• The ability to commute reliably to Thurmaston, Leicester

Experience in logistics isn't essential. We'd also consider strong B2B salespeople from technology, SaaS, telecoms, facilities management, recruitment, professional services, engineering services and other B2B environments.
