  • Proactively identify and engage new employer clients to promote apprenticeship programmes.
  • Achieve as a minimum, the monthly targets for apprenticeship placements as set by the business.
  • Generate new business through effective telephone, marketing and customer engagement activities by ensuring the company’s minimum standards are matched and exceeded.
  • Arrange apprenticeship interviews with both the employer and learner, working closely with the candidate engagement Resourcers.
  • Maintain sales plans and pipelines relevant to each opportunity.
  • Provide information, advice and guidance to employer organisations on apprenticeship funding rules and compliance.
  • Proactively work with TDM’s talent pool, speculatively approaching employers by engaging in outbound prospecting activities via telephone, LinkedIn, email or networking opportunities to open up new opportunities with employer organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and candidates.
  • Ensure high-quality candidates are placed quickly, always supporting both the candidate and employer.
  • Compellingly present a range of TDM services in public/online presentations.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in the completion of required documentation, processes and systems.
  • Ensure all employer documentation is completed accurately and in line with the DFE funding rules and guidance.
