Job Overview:
Business Development Executive for Business Setup will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of establishing their business in the UAE. This role involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and providing expert advice on company formation, business licensing, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of UAE business regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients interested in setting up businesses in the UAE, generate leads, and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business needs, provide information on business setup options, and guide them through the process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and continuous support throughout the setup process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on UAE business regulations, licensing options, free zones, and compliance requirements, offering clients up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Sales Goals & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business support, compliance, and legal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in business setup, real estate, or corporate services.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business regulations, licensing options, and free zone advantages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • UAE drivers license

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities (However good command English is required).
  • Experience in client-focused roles, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of financial and legal aspects of company formation.
