Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

About Us

The Growin Interior Decoration LLC is a growing interior fit-out company specializing in commercial, retail, hospitality, and custom joinery projects across the UAE. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and online platforms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, and potential clients.

Attend meetings to understand client requirements and present the company's capabilities.

Coordinate with the design, estimation, and operations teams to prepare proposals and quotations.

Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to secure projects.

Maintain an updated database of prospects and ongoing opportunities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or related industry.

Strong understanding of the UAE fit-out market.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
