Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive who will be accountable for delivering new business sales at Right Fuel Card (RFC) by achieving new activations, new business litres, and margin targets. Responsibilities include achieving and exceeding set KPI’s, cross selling additional products and proactively obtaining trust pilot review

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers to gain new business volume, activations, and leads for cross selling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention through effective pricing and account management.
  • Managing and updating customer information in CRM/Fuelsoft.
  • Collaborating with team members and sharing best practice to improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends and Industry / RFC developments to better serve customers.
  • Working seamlessly with sales manager and marketing to ensure you are aligned to any marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Actively participate in the Performance Framework including targets/goals/KPIs/objectives which relate to the Headline Targets.
